Which adjustable beds work with YourVoice?

Very few adjustable beds come with voice control built in, but YourVoice can be added to most of the home care beds sold today. Here is how to tell whether yours can.
It's the control box that counts
Bed brands buy their motors and control boxes from a small number of specialist makers. Two beds with different names can share the same control box, and one brand can use different boxes across its range. So the question that decides whether YourVoice will work isn't really “which brand?”. It is “which control box?”
Control systems YourVoice works with
We have YourVoice versions for beds that use these control systems:
Okin (the CB24, CB15 and CB13 families)
LINAK, including care beds that connect through LINAK's Bluetooth link
TiMotion
Jiecang
Trimix S4
Richmat HJC9 (some versions)
Ergomotion, Tempur-Pedic and Duomat 9
Within each family some models are confirmed on real beds and others we check case by case.

What doesn't work yet
Beds without motors, such as manual crank beds.
Some older remotes that use radio rather than Bluetooth or a cable.
Control boxes we haven't met before. Often these just need checking, so send us the details.
If your bed has its own phone app, voice control may not work while that app is connected to the bed, however the YourVoice app can still be used to control the bed in conjunction with the existing physical remote and voice control.
How to find your bed's details
Control box: look under the base for a plastic box near the motors. It usually has a sticker with the maker's name and a part number.
Product label: usually on the frame under the base at the head or foot end, or inside the side rail.
Handset: the back often carries a part number too.
A clear photo of each is all we need.
What you'll be able to say
It depends on the bed's motors. Most beds respond to:
“Alexa, head up”
“Alexa, head down”
“Alexa, bed up”
“Alexa, bed down”
Beds with preset positions add phrases such as “Alexa, set my bed to flat” or “Alexa, set my bed to zero gravity”. To stop any movement, say “Alexa, turn off the bed”. You get a command card for your own bed when it is installed.
Quick answers
I'm buying a new bed. Can I check first?
Yes, and it is the best time to ask. Send us the brand and model before you buy, or ask the retailer which control box it uses.
Does it work with care beds?
Many care and hi-lo beds use LINAK or Okin control boxes, and several are confirmed. Send us the model and we'll check.
Not sure what you have? Email photos of the labels to info@yourvoicecontrol.com or send us your bed's details. We'll tell you whether it is confirmed, likely, or not yet supported.
